The Company incurred accounting fees from this firm of approximately $5,000 and $15,000 during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2023, respectively and approximately $5,000 and $16,000 during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022, respectively. The Company had balances due to this firm amounting to approximately $2,000 as of September 30, 2023 and December 31, 2022.
